Notre équipe
옹플뢰르는 그림 같은 항구, 풍부한 문화적 유산, 역사적인 건축물로 유명한 낭만적인 마을입니다. 또한 모든 상인이 이 역동적인 가족 공동체의 일원이 되어 기쁜 지역 마을이기도 합 니다.
마음의 도시
오랫동안 우리는 옹플뢰르 사람들에게 독특한 장소를 제공하고 싶었습니다.
여성스럽고, 세련되고, 친근한 장소로, 엄마들이 아이들의 학교 바로 옆에서 만날 수 있는 곳입니다. 아침, 점심, 간식 등 누구에게나 기분 좋은 아늑한 세상. 그래서 우리는 "레 데무아젤"을 만들었습니다.
어린 시절부터 바다에서의 생활에 영감을 받은 에밀리는 그녀의 레스토랑에 짭짤한 느낌을 주고 싶어서 그녀의 레스토랑 Les Demoiselles이 자유와 온화함의 대명사가 되기를 바랐고, 모든 사람이 자신을 위해 시간을 낼 수 있도록 초대했습니다.
